Yeti Crossroads Luggage

New fishing luggage line offers organization with style.

The head honchos at Yeti must believe that in the summer of 2021 people will be eager to hit the road, because they’ve created the new Yeti Crossroads just to make those future adventures a little easier. The luggage line includes 22L, 27L, and 35L backpacks; 40L and 60L duffel bags; and 22" and 29" roller bags.

Fly fishers never travel light, so of course the biggest 29" roller bag caught my eye. It’s 29"x16"x11" with a volume of 80L, and zippers on three sides. The clamshell opening splits the bag 70/30 bottom/top with two zippered compartments in the top, as well as zippered organizers in the mesh divider panel for the main compartment. As if all that wasn’t enough, the bag also comes with small and medium packing cubes. Dumping all your gear into a single large bag for a fishing never turns out well, and the cubes and the zippered compartments give you places to store fly lines, reels, fly boxes, tools, and other fishing-related stuff away from all your clothes and toiletries.
